In Drum & Bass and breakbeats, would cite Goldie, LTJ Bukem, Makoto Shimizu, Roni Size, Klute, Photek, and M.C. Conrad (in conjunction with LTJ and Makoto).

One of my favorite lesser know artist is Clint Mansell. You've heard his music, you just didn't know it/ I think he is on My Space.
