I think the key is it's got to he clipped on to the person you're calling, otherwise they fumble and take too dang long to answer it. Drives me crazy. I clip mine on always, and answer my wife by the second ring, whether I have to risk falling off a roof, dropping a plate, or crashing my car. When I call her, she lolligags and answers about 30% of the time, otherwise it's the dreaded voice mail, which I hate, especially since she doesn't know how to retrieve voicemail messages very well. Then I get a call back 15 min later, so I risk crashing the car again. "Oh, did you call?" she chirps. *&*$?^^*! Dang right I called! I think women (like my naughty wife) are harder to reach because they don't like a fast-draw cell phone clip as much as guys do. Maybe they think it looks dorky on them. I think I am going to blow a gasket if I reach her voicemail one more time. I mean, why have a cell phone at all? A pager would be about as effective. Let's start a support group!

For the same reason most of us have land-line phones and choose not to answer them at times... to have the ABILITY to communicate with the world around us.. NOT to be FORCED to communicate with that world if it doesn't suit us at that moment.

Hunni, that bugs the crap out of me, it is almost like these idiots just have the damn phone for the stupid ringtones, especially on the transit up here, honestly they should just listen to the damn song on their ipods or just answer the damn phones.....

You know...I'm always saying the same thing. But I can understand if someone is in class, or at a meeting.
