WHEN U PAY MONEY AND GET GOODS OR SERVICES YOU BECOME CONSUMER. IF U R CHEATED BY THE SHOP KEEPER OR SOMEONE ELSE U CAN MOVE TO THE CONSUMER COURT. U DON NEED TO APPROCH LAWYER TO MOVE TO THIS COURT. consumer court is that court in which the people gets justice in case if their consumer right is denied

When you pay money for any material (eg car,flat,carpet,a/c) or service (travel,medical etc) and if you feel that u r getting the right thing ,the u can approach a cons court.
