When i see blind peoples will talking they look up as if they are complaining to the god of blindness ? is their any scientific reason of their looking up?

When do they do this, and where? Even a blind person can feel the sun on their face. Maybe you should as one "What are you looking at." I don't think it would be offensive to ask an honest question of curiosity. You don't have to apologize for using figurative phrases as in "Don't you see......." Your question isn't an obviously stupid one, like "How can you feed yourself if you can't see the spoon."

There are many reasons why they look up in the sky:
1. They don't know any other direction other than upwards.
2. They curse god for their blindness because they cannot see the marvelous creations of him.
3. They thank god for their blindness because they cannot see the ills of todays society.
4. They are a little closer to god than us, thats why they feels his presence upwards.

I think they have to use their sticks in front of them. so automatically their heads held upeard.They put their stick in front of them to feel if any objects were there. That may be the reason. and also they sense the place or people by their nose.
