Great fun overall, don't miss it by any means - there are some purely arresting scenes in it (I remember Natalie's character coming back with the groceries after the massacre, and having to hide her terror and try to pass herself off as living with "the Professional." Mr. Reno was great in that scene too.)
And - Gary Oldman, of course. Such superlative skill that man has. Even when he's absolutely over the top, he makes the audience fear.

that's a rather good action picture, probable between the terrific crime movies i've got ever considered. the story is superb. Natalie Portman is astounding in this action picture, i'm a great fan of her, yet Gary Oldman did an rather good activity too. The action picture has some rather heavy moments, then comes Natalie and Reno's characters enjoying and having relaxing. that is an rather exciting stability for an action action picture. i admire Jean Reno, that is cool to video demonstrate the professional and Ronin jointly.

I thought it was a great movie. Wonderful acting from Jean Reno, Natalie Portman, and don't forget Gary Oldman.

GREAT flick...
Best American Film Reno has ever made... Oldman was awesome... and it's just sick how uncomfortable Natalie Portman made me while watching that film. Now THAT'S an example of a talented child actress.

Made me cry but I absolutely loved it. I have always been a fan of Natalie Portman and Gary Oldman was brilliant.

I liked the movie enough to buy it on laserdisk then again on dvd. Jean Reno is wonderful in this movie.

Very good, hard to believe thats her in that film. Sad but good ending, it all ends when Danny is yelling at her not to come around the resturant as much. Jean Reno was the perfect actor fo rthis character.

The ending was filmed in my building in New york city. Also A video by Mary j Blige and Method man called "you're all I need" was filmed there.
