I've made a pretty decent search of online sources to no avail; can't find the molecular formula at all. It's an alkaloid, if that helps at all.

I found one reference that indicates that the high concentrations of quinine in bitter gourd or bitter melon is what actually gives it the majority of its characteristic flavor, not the momordicine.
