Well, given all the extrasolar planets they've already found in a very small volume of space near our sun, it does seem as though the universe is teeming with them.
Statistically, at least, it's a safe bet that there's some kind of life somewhere else - probably a lot.
Whether or not it's also intelligent by any means we could understand is another question. It would be nice to find out in our lifetimes, but I doubt we will. It would upset the balance of power held by various religions, which would be totally unable to adapt quickly enough to the proof that we are not the crown of creation. Even if there is intelligent life elsewhere, the state religions will suppress that knowledge as best they can. Either they'll shut down the associated research projects altogether, or make certain that their loyal sheep interpret the findings the "Right Way" and conclude that the other life is either not intelligent, or does not have souls.
Short of a mammoth landing by that other life, we'll never know the real truth as long as state religions like Christianity and Islam have as much power as they do now.

Sure there are. It is only the human ego that can look out at the stars and say that we are it. Really, look at us as a human race. We hate people for no reason. Truth be told we are more than likely a alien science experiment that has gone really wrong.
Area 51 is a good example. What goes on there? What about the alien space craft crash the government tried to cover up? Have you ever seen something in the sky that simply did not look right? I have. Even John Lennon had a liner note to one of his albums about a UFO that not only he but thousands of others seen over NYC.
Sure, there is someone else out there, but think about this...Do you think that they are sitting on their planet wondering if there is life on other planets? Hmmmm.

I don't know about other dimensions because I have never really given much thought to that but considering all of the other galaxies out there and all of the other solar systems out there yes I would say that the possibilities are actually pretty high really if you think about it, it seems a lot more probable to me than say a god and an afterlife is, at least we have proof of other pplanets already, hundreds of them have been discovered so far

Well, it is a possibility. Even though it's never been proven right, it's never been proven wrong either. There could be other living life forms out there or not, but one day we might find out. Some people believe that there are, but that belief could probably be based on fear of being the only living beings in this universe. Do you seriously believe we might be alone in the universe? Again, a possibility. Not saying I do, but not saying I don't either.

Yes, there have to exist other life-forms. The sheer size of the Universe precludes the possibility that we are alone in the Cosmos. I don't know about other dimensions. Perhaps the same things exist there, but in different times.

planets..without a doubt. Dimensions???? Sci fi. You surely don't think, with the trillions of star systems, there are not planets that have life, and seriously intellignet life, do you? Don't you think it preposterous to think we are the ONLY life forms around? That wold be as egotistical as they come. Good luck

100%, YES! I am certain of the aliens, and as for beings from other dimensions, humans interact both consciously and subconsciously with them every day.

With a universe so vast and infinite, I cannot imagine us being the only evidence of intelligent life. Consider this, with trillions of galaxies out there, how can we say that earth is the center of the universe? They're out there--most likely in a galaxy far, far away.
