Well, let's approach this from two different angles. 1st- if you clone yourself then you create an exact duplicate of yourself. It's not possible to change the gender of the exact duplicate of yourself. 2nd- If you manage #1 then you have created something closer to a brother or sister for yourself. That's incest. Again, gross and not possible.

No, and it wouldn't be a legal marriage anyway. It is illegal for family members to marry. This is because of a much higher chance of birth defects and other problems.
