go to google, type in the sentence you know (the definite part) and PUT THE ENTIRE LINE IN QUOTES , then after the sentence, put lyrics

ie: '"Whatja gonna do when the sound goes Boom?" lyrics

putting quotes around a sentence in a search engine essentially means "look for this exact phrase"

What Sare Bear said. That's how I find songs when I only know a line or two of it. Unless it's an undergroud group you'll usually get pretty good results.

Sometimes I just type the line I know and then "lyrics" after it into yahoo search engine. It works most of the time.

If you go to ask.com and just type in the sentence or something like "song that has........" it often comes up with the song. I do it all the time.
