i work in the music industry in nashville (don't get excited...i just run lights...but i work with a lot of bands...some trying to make it and some....well...two days ago it was big and rich...)

it is not easy. i won't lie...it really helps to network and meet people. if you are a vocalist...make a demo and get out there and get heard...if you plan to put together...or have already put together a band...again with the demo...but get gigs when and how and where you can.

WORK YOUR BUTT OFF. everyone wants to be a star.
