well for me I do believe we are seeing revelations in action but for scientist and others the world is over abused and we are killing all life forms and we are causing a global warming but to see this in the Bible just read revelations(wars and catastrophes are all part of God's plan to get us to see that he is in charge and we can all pretend that he doesn't exist but when it comes to the end every knee shall bow)

Depends on whether you believe in THE END, or just "the end".
The Ends are followed by new beginnings (eg after WWII, the formation of the United Nations). However, many people believe in a THE END after which there is no beginning.
The Bible and ancient Jewish mystic writings are often quoted which is sad, for the Messianic "end times" was always about a "new beginning", not THE END.
I guess, in our modern day world of entertainment and shock and awe, we've become obsessed in the end and not the beginning cycle of all life. More sad is when we let such fears cloud our living.

I don't think the world is going to end. As a matter of fact I am pretty sure it isn't. The Anglo culture goes through a culling/crisis cycle every 80 years or so. All of Europe seem to go through a religious reformation every 500 years or so. Civilizations seem to fall every 2000 years or so. All of that is coming right about ... now.
I think we may be for a rough time, but I think we will survive.

Well I think that we are closer than ever to the "end". The way things are going now its kind of scary. Weather its is going to be the end the way the bible explains, or if it is just going to be the earth purging its self of people. Scary stuff though....however I don't think it will be really soon, like in the next 10-20 years.

WOW, it's like the end of days is near eh? Floods, wars, massive destruction all across the globe. we've got global warming, famines and drought all across the nation. People are dying by the hands of their neighbours. Enjoy life while you can...who knows what tomorrow will bring

i think so. i hvn't read the bible in a while, but i remember that somewhere it said, once blood spills in the holy land; we're doomed. and blood HAS spilled in the Holy Land. it's been going on for a long time. not only that, but i'm sure u noticed that no place is safe anymore. every one has to watch their backs. now it's brother against brother, sister against sister, mother against child...the list goes on. with all these weapons we have, we may destroy ourselves.

I agree with him. There is no evidence that all nowadays catastrophes vaticinate an end of our world.
