I am male, 32 years. I lost my genital organ in one accident. But I want to get married and live rest of my life with my partner. I will love my partner with whatever possible means. Can my partner live with me without sex ?

You know, that depends on the partner. Certainly there are vibrators and whatnot that would duplicate the real thing, but if they can't handle (sorry for the pun) that, well, it won't be too good. Whatever you do, be a good friend, love your friends for who they are. It is very likely you will have a woman friend who you can confide in and is interested in you physically (and you back) that is willing to try. There's always hope, you just need to be able to discuss it, but at the right time. I have hope for you, I think you'll be okay.

Yes true love can transcend all boundaries. And who said that there has to be no sex toys would work just as good just improvise.
