Tony Parker and Chris Bosh have already been. Bosh will make further appearences, Parker might show up once more. Joe Johnson won't be an All Star any time soon - there's too many good players ahead of him. Paul and Anthony will be there next year. As for the rest - Okur could make it just because of the lack of good centers - but he's in the same conference as Yao and Amare and Marcus Camby and Brad Miller so there will need to be some injuries and it might take a couple of years. Okafor may get in for the same reasons in the east one day. Nobody else on that list is going to be an all star.

Mike Bibby - he easily is an allstar caliber player. He has been the leader of the Kings and is one of the best point guards of in the league.
Jason Terry - His great performance in the playoffs makes him an even easier choice.
Tony Parker - already an allstar should continue to be one few more times.
Ben Gordon - after a few more years, but watch out for him
Kirk Hinrich - one of the best point guards in the league, i mean he does what a point guard is supposed to do, so he might be
Okur - Is a very good player so could make it if the west spots clear up a bit
Diaw - could make it after a few more years
Okafor - could make it if he doesn't keep getting injured

Bibby - To many better players at his position
Terry- After going to the finals , name recogntion may get him there , but switching to shooting guard may hurt him ( see Bibby above)
Parker - One of the best PG's in the West
Bosh - Weakness at his position in the East will help him, think he will make it.
Battie - With Dirk, KG and Duncan in the West - No chance
Gordon - Why not
Hinrich - John Stockton starter kit
Okur- Your'e joking right
Diaw- assuming Amare comes back strong, Boris is stuck as the 3rd best player on the 3rd or 4th best team in the West. Which means no to 3 Suns. Better chance of 3 Mav's.
Okafor - See Bosh above

Thus Josh Howard is picked as a reserve to join Dirk and JT on next years All star game.

I totally agree that worthy, underrated players get the snub because the fans eat up the first 5 spots with the players who are in the most advertisements or have their own shoe at Foot Locker and sell the most replica jerseys. But I digress

Ben Gordon and Boris Diaw i think have all-star talent. Ben, if anyone saw the rooie-sophmore challenge can shoot like crazy! He can average 20 or more if he keeps doing that! Diaw is so versatile he can move so many different ways to score to the basket and thats why he was the M.I.P. this year. Chris Bosh also WILL be in next years all-star game he has T.J Ford to dish him the ball and score more.

Chris Bosh and Tony Parker have the best chance to make it. With Boris Diaw I think it's feast or famine, just cuz he has such an unusual package of skills. I'd say the rest have an equal chance to make it, except for Shane Battie.

In answering your question, Mike Bibby has the most talent. Okafor will probably make the most games because he is the main man for their team and good big men are harder to find.
