This guy is hot. I've propositioned him. He was in a relationship before. Now he's single, dating all these losers. He knows I want him but he's made no moves. Should I be insulted? Or just chalk it up to that he rubs a lot of hot men all the time and doesn't find me attractive?

You can get your masseur if you follow my rules. Moan a lot when he is rubbing you..these guys live to give pleasure. Show up hard when you turn over and moan if he touches you. All you have to do is let them know they turn you on with touch, and be agressive to some extent. Make them do you, not the other way around. They love to give, so do the taking. Sure way to either get the hell beat out of you or get him hooked. Goood luck

The reason he is not pursuing you, or not acknowledging that you have propositioned you is pretty simple, actually. If he's a licensed Massage Therapist, and not simply a "masseur" which actually carries sexual over tones....then he would loose his license and his income if he were to date you, let alone have sex with you and anyone found out. He is not allowed to date, or for that matter, really have outside relationships with his clients. You would also have to stop patronizing the business he works for, if he isn't self employed. Even if you were to terminate your clien/therapist relationship, it would be 2 years before you would be able to hang out, get to know one another or date.

I would chalk this one up to a lost cause.

If he is still your masseur and you are paying for his services, you are in a business relationship with him. He therefore must not have behave in less than a professional manner or he might be subject to liability. If you want to pursue him as a romantic interest you have to terminate the professional relationship.
And he may still not want to be romantic with you. Attraction is a very personal thing.

To be honest all you can do is lay all your cards on the table and leave the rest up to him. Who else he is dating doesn't matter as that is his choice. If you put the ball (so to speak) in his court then that should stop your obsession leading you to too much humiliation and get a resolution to things for you.

Well, if he knows you're interested in him, yet he's making no moves, it might mean two things.

1. He's not interested in you, but he's trying to be indifferent because... well, you're paying him.

2. He's just unsure? And in this case, you might want to be more direct.

it sounds as a little bit obcessive what you expressed.
just respect his feelings and his decisions.
just because he is a masseur, you know very little yet of his life.
