I tried to HotSync before activating the phone. I need to go back to Step 1.

Not me. That's why I changed carriers. Now I can get tech support 24/7 & I'm sooooo glad I'm not with SPRINT anymore.

even though sprint customer service is garbage I always put a phone number in that is active (ie friends #) he/she has good credit standing then when the operator comes on i give them my information. the customer service agent be mad but i still get the service i want...try it it works all the time.

sprint has the shi**iest customer service i know, so good luck with that.
