take it to a real photo shop and see what they can do for you
a friend of mine had that happen and it had pictures of her new born coming home for the first time and they saved at least some of them

There is a type of repair cream that you can used on the crack and help you to retrieve some of the pictures still. Guess you hve to go look for this on the market.
Otherwise some computer shops have image retrievalprogram that can help todowload whatever is left for you at a fee.
Or go back and re-shoot your pictures.
