Also, for my rule, I stated 1 item cannot be a form of paper/picture. That leaves 2 items that can!

I realize pets and humans come first and those should be the first things out of the house.

All family members and animals are safely outside!!!!!

So..if pets and humans are not included since they are the first things out anyway,next 3 things would be my cellphone,my computer and my jewelery..

Your life is the most important, but since you stressed on inanimate objects, first thing should be your valuable items like gold, diamond etc. if you owned. I prioritise them because they can be converted into money, and if you have money you can renovate or reconstruct almost everything. Secondly, if you have a laptop, save it. If you have a desktop computer, save the cpu, for it has your useful data. Since you do not want any form of paper, try to keep your documents electronically, as I do.Thirdly, save the gas cylinder if you use one, because it will save some other lives as well.

I don't give a damn about (inanimate objects), I just want to make sure my mother and our cats are safe! It's just me, my mom and 30 cats in our house! People and animals always come first!

I cannot answer the way you would like because in my situation I would be able to only make one trip out and I would have my grandbaby,checkbook,wallet.
