4 years of undergrad. Major can be anything. You just need your 4 pre-requisite classes of biology, chemistry, organic chemistry and physics. You need to take the MCAT (Medical College Admissions Test).
Then, get into Med school. 4 years. After that apply to general surgery residency or a combined/integrated plastics residency. G. Surgery is 5 years. Combined plastics is 3 years G. Surg, followed by Plastics, 2 years. Plastics fellowship after general surgery is 2 years. So after High school, its JUST 13-15 years of training, at a minimum.
Thats it, then you can do breasts and tummy-tucks all day.

You need your basic 4 years at a regular college. Any major works, but if you want to make it easier on you take a science major like Biology, Chemistry, Anatomy, or Biochemistry. After that comes 4 years of med school and if you want to get in easy you better have like a 3.8 or higher from college and a internship or job in a hospital before you apply. Don't forget to take the MSAT. Then you'll have about 4 more years of residence and interships and you'll be there.

Stevie summed it up. After high school, only a mere 15 years of hard work, long hours and low pay and then you'll have the status, the big bucks and all the beautiful office staff, girlfriends and/or wives you could want (assuming you are male).
