I am connected to the internet through Comcast, do I need to use their information to set up my e-mail through Outlook Express, or should I use MY ISP information (which is Yahoo), to set it up?

SMTP Outgoing mail server: Your ISP (internet service provider) would usually require you to use their SMTP (outgoing) mail server - this is to prevent/reduce spammers using their network undetected - ie. you need to have an account with them to use their bandwidth.

POP3 Incoming Server: you should use your mail hosting company's POP3 server.

Contact them both if you're unsure - those information are also usually available on their websites.

If you have the free yahoo mail acount and want to setup outlook express to retrieve it to need to install YPOPS!
download this progam and install. You will have to change some settings in outlook express...mainly the timeout.

I wouldn't use Outlook period. The program makes it easy to get viruses and it takes mail out of your mailbox so you can't read it from any other computer.
