No, it generates false positives to get you to buy it, and uses the website name hijack-this.net to confuse people into thinking it's associated with hijackthis. Stick with Spybot, Ewido, AdAware, SpywareBlaster. You can check out SpywareWarrior's list of rogue and suspect antispyware (see link below) to find out if something like this is legit.
