Adelphia high speed problem?

My cable internet is running slower than dial-up since this morning. Anyone else having trouble with Adelphia high speed?

I am having the same issue. Took me 3 minutes to download a 1.4mb and it was at like 7kbs. I have seen dial-up speeds faster that this.
