I like to be around foreigners a lot so I'm wondering how do I get foreigners as a roommate? Will it be good if I post "Foreigner roommate wanted" or something similar?

Nope-just put a regular add in and then when you get responses choose someone that you like, when you interview them, from another country. OR you can go to an International student affairs department of a University and place an ad there.

Check out Rent.com and go under Roomates. You can put down your preference for a roomate!!!

No, because stating "foreigner" shows preference and by housing law, that's illegal.
