If there are programs loaded, go to the source file and see what the date is that it was loaded. Approximately 2 weeks before that the assembly would have taken place.

If, you bought it new, you may be able to check some Files and see when the last install date was before you started to install stuff. This would give an approximate date.

i think you would have got the answers but still if your system had been completely reinstall it is not possible to find the date when was you system assemble, but there is one way to find it appx. just see the motherboard or any other device for date of purchase or assembled date.
