Moto V3i GSM great phone all you ever need camera Video, MP3 1GB mmc take good pics up to one hour of video, good reception and over 3 hrs battery i travel internationally frequently and its great to use it own 4 of them my most recent the D&G in gold , if you consider one get it from anybody other then service providers like t mobile ,sprints, singualr as they sim lock their phone to only them so if in the future you want to use a diffferent provider you will be S>O>L, on the contrary sim unlocked has all the fitures enabled I like Moto but Nokia a 900 or samsungs are also 100%phones and in the same ball park figures on 300 to 400.00 USD

Just buy whatever you like. The best today would not be the best tomorrow.
Do not buy from eBay. There are lot of defective phones being sold there. Buy form a reputable store that will standay its warranty just in case.
