cyanne is quite right, but if your mattress and bedding are infected, you have more work to do. Besides following her advice, you also need to (obviously) wash the bedding throughly (really hot water and color-safe bleach). Then, if you can't replace your mattress, you're going to need to cover it.
Put a clear plastic painter's drop cloth (clear plastic) on the floor, put your mattress on top of it, then bring the plastic around and tape the ends to each other (like wrapping a present). Put the taped side down on your bed frame, and cover with a sheet.
Unfortunately, this makes your bed pretty crinkley, but better than being bitten. Also, if you can take your bedding and air it out every day when you aren't sleeping, this will help. If you have a clothes line, drape your bedding over it, and replace each night.
Sorry for your troubles... best of luck!! We got attacked by bed bugs in a FANCY hotel in New York... it's really a bummer!!

I tried HOME FIX bugs/flea killer solution, it cost about $30 but it work. it is a liquid spray that's suitable for home use, not toxic and doesn't smell. I bought this in Singapore "Home Fix DiY" stores. I sprayed it on two sides of mattresses, bed frame, underneath bed frames (turned the bed over), on 4 corners of door frames (because bugs travel mostly at corners) to prevent them from spreading to other guests' rooms. Lastly, I also check piping or any ledge and spray the solution there. Its total containment when you deal with these bugs! You may also like to try luke warmed white vinegar on your bites, at last resort, I seriously recommend seeing a doctor.

First, PAINT THE WOOD of the bed with an acrylic paint. Use two coats or more. Bed bugs live in WOOD. Then, put each bed post down in a small pan. Fill the pan daily with Vinegar. The bugs living in your walls will not be able to get into your bed....

That's a tough one; you really have to get an exterminator in and have him check all over (including inside the walls); if you live in an apartment building, ask your neighbors if they're having the same problem; If you just moved in, you might've brought them with you from another location(or a roommate might've); If you can prove (and it's difficult) that you didn't bring them in, and they were there before(ask the former tenent), the landlord should pay;
