next to the bandaid is a big red spot, kinda reminding me of tiny pimples. Is this normal, or gonna kill me?!!!??!!!????!!?

No, you will not died from this and you should not put a band aid on your penis ever in life again because those tiny looking pimples could be a rash or a infection from a allergic reaction to the band aid.
You could have herpes, they come in tiny looking pimples custer's that are red and look like they could have fuild in them and if they have fuild then you can get a subscription for this and they ussally give you a cream for your penis and pills to take the rest of your life, so get this check out by doctor so you will stop wigging out Dude.

I have no idea how you managed to cut your penis in the first place. Maybe you should see a doctor about this, it's probably not serious, but don't rely on the answers you get here. Only a licensed physician can diagnose your problem, and not without seeing it. -- Don't be shy, trust me, doctors have seen it all.

How in the world did you manage to cut your unit buddy? Did you try to put it somewhere a normal person would never dream of putting their unit? the penis is the most sensitive area, soak in a tub take the band-aid off and let dry then apply neosporin to the area should be cleared up in a jiffy if not get to a doc

It may just be a rash from the irritation of everything!

you are most likely allergic to the glue on the band-aid, but i would get it check out by a doctor just to make sure.
