You need to be careful doing this procedure. Only go to a professional. If you do not, you may find yourself with health problems. If they back up into your stomach it will be very damaging to your body.
It is supposed to cleanse out your system so that the food you eat is able to be easier digested. But again, only by a professional that Knows what they are doing. I do not believe that there has been significant positive effects on anal cleansing. Your body does what it needs to do.
