The fact that the head of the corporation actually has the balls to be on the commercials actually means something. He restates what should be obvious so "matter of factly" that the general viewing public just has to accept it. He doesn't throw statistics at us (for the most part) which can be manipulated. No, he states facts and awards in a way that is clear cut and semi-dramatic in the commercials.

I had absolutely no respect for the company before, but now he's done almost what Satern cars did with their customer service back 10 years ago. He has in effect turned the auto industry around.

Yes very. But most commercials are stupid and when I'm watching a tv show I'm really into, I'm less likely to remember, much less, buy any products advertised.
