how does alltel charge for over texting,by the letter or the message?

my grandaughter has 750 text messages on her contract to use but she has gone over. How will Alltel bill her by the letter or by the whole text message that shes gone over

She will be billed by each text message that is over the limit.

By the text messages gone over.

If they charged by the letter, you'd be in serious trouble.
