don't u think it would be a better idea to put dead beat dads in like a goverment run company where they make u work with a tracking device on their ankle so they can be found everyday and a bus that carts them to the job then the check goes straight to the moms instead of sending them to jail? because theres like no way for them to pay child support from a cell lol

Well they definitely need to do something because it's a shame how many parents don't take care of their kids or pay child support.
