Windows Vista is an OS to be installed in the PC for you to run applications. It won't be out till next year 2nd quarter.
PS3 is a gaming console by Sony.
For playing games only, PS3.
For playing games, running applications, doing office work, typing documents, chatting online, going to Yahoo Answers then its a computer you need.
