Can Infiniti G35 (OE single piston) direct bolt-on Skyline R34 4 piston caliper?

I didn't know the G35 had single-piston brake calipers, I thought they would at least be two. This is for the rear, right?
Anyways, the R34 and the G35 are completely different- different engine, trans, chassis, body, everything. I am nearly possitive that they are not interchangable just because of the difference in vehicle styles.

i believe so because the Infiniti G35 is the Skyline in all technicality.
