Oh, gosh! I have so many of them. I'm one for the ballads and intently listening to the lyrics. Here's some of them:

"I Want a Mom That Will Last Forever" by Cyndi Lauper - Reminds me of the time when my mom had breast cancer (we all thought we will lose her)

"Friends Forever" by Dido - 7 yrs. ago, when I left elementary

"Right Here Waiting" by Richard Marx, "The Scientist" by Coldplay - My exboyfriend going back to Europe

Now, Celine Dion; she is such an amazing singer. In her concerts, you can see & feel how she is connected to the songs, especially to the first one on the list:

"If I Could" - She sings about her son & how she would try to prevent all bad things that could happen to him

"Have You Ever Been in Love" - Loaded with extended metaphors

"When I Fall in Love" - Again, loaded with extended metaphors; it makes my heart ache

There are a lot more, but it will surely be a long list. (Why did you ask this in the first place?)

Well here's mine

SWV- Weak
Mary J. Blige- Love No Limit
The Gap Band- Runnin' In and Out of My Life
Babyface- When Can I See You Again
Brian McKnight- Is This The Way Love Goes
Jaheim- Anything
Jodeci- Come and Talk To Me
Jodeci- Forever my Lady

All of these songs remind me of my beautiful and sexy black queen who I was head over heels for back when I was in the 11th and 12th grade. I was in a bad relationship with her and I still miss her to this very day. I just dream about her singing to me either Weak by SWV or MJ Blige's Love No Limit even though she cannot sing very good.

"Goodby to Love" by the Carpenters. But its seeing Karen and hearing her voice that does it for me.
Watching Karen Carpenter perfom "Weve Only Just Begun" and "Superstar"
Listening to and seeing The Carpenters, Karen in particular, tend to hit an emotional nerve. I really loved Karen. I wish that I could have seen her. I was only 3yrs old when she died.

"Nothing Else Matters" by Metallica - Those lyrics are so real and true
