Nehelennia: what do you know about her?

I know she was a goddess, and I think that in Celtic mythology she protected travellers. She is pictured with a dog, running. Do you know more?

Thought to be of frisian or roman origin, worshipped from around 2nd or 3rd century in the Netherlands and surrounding areas of Europe she was indeed reputed to be a protector of travellers
