I am a 12 year old girl, so I am wondering, is it okay for me to sleep in only underwear? I get very hot at night.

Sure why not. I don't see what being 12 has to do with it. I'm 31 and sleep in my underwear.

I always sleep with tons of sheets and normal clothes when sleeping. Always air-conditioned. I would die if I didn't have air-conditioner when I sleep. But if you feel hot at night, do as you please. Just make sure there are no dirrty old men around.

Of course it is. As long as your door is closed. If your family has healthy boundaries, no one will be coming in your room without knocking. Just keep a robe or t-shirt close at hand in case you need to get up quickly.

Of course it is. It is more comfortable when sleeping isn't it? I get hot at night too.

I guess its fine, but remember to close the door so your brother (if you have one) don't accedently enter cuz I bet he don't want to see you sleeping in underwear.

Any time you want. Just make sure to have some clothes or a robe near by if you have friends or family at you house.

do you share a room with anyone? does your room have a door on it?? i dont think its inappropriate for anyone to sleep in just underwear no matter what the age if it isn't for any inappropriate intentions.... like "my daddy told me i should do it"
