Wow! What a question. Here goes the answer that I can come up with. Most likely you either have a fungus infection or the laundry/bath soap is causing and odor that is consistent with the smell of cheese. Try switching bath/laundry soaps. If the smell persists, try over-the-counter medication for anti-fungal creams or ointments to see if the problem still remains.

Do you store your limbuger cheese there? If so, that's the problem. Either that or you've got too many skid marks there.
