I am 33 married and no kids, this woman I work with is 25 and dating someone else. I find her staring at me often in meetings, but I have only worked with her for a short time. A group of us recently went out for drinks the other night, and she was staring at me again during the whole night. Am I wrong in thinking she has a crush on me by the constant staring , or is there something to it? I have a great marriage, but this other woman , I always catch her looking at me during meetings if she is sitting behind me or across from me even when there are other people in the room. After a few beers, she was talking to me more and telling me more about her personal life and askiiing me questions about my marriage and if I could stay and have more beers with her. I did stay, but nothing happened. Please let me know your thoughts on this. Do you think she has a crush on me? She is also always telling me how sweet I am. Let me know.

Tell her you're flattered, but you're married, and will not cheat on your wife.
Then make it true, and leave her alone.
