Many people hate Fat Momma because they shallowly judge by appearance and not the actual qualities she posseses.
She is a mother and has shown that this makes her perfect protector. Her message resonates well and her motivation is understandable. She is also a realistic woman, something that most comic females never are because they are written by men who do not understand the emotions of women.
Also the real judge of a Superhero is the Supervillain, and Fat Momma has already butted heads more seriously and become more "hated" by Iron/Dark Enforcer than anyone. This shows that she already has an archfoe and enemy to fight.
But in the end. Mothers are the worlds greatest superheroes.

I'm pulling for feedback, but as a person in a reality contest, he is a little more lacking in common sense than Fat Momma, so he may be at a disadvantage in terms of whatever test or challenege they may face. His superhero character, however, is more in keeping with the current trends in superhero characters and he has a good balance of power with pitfalls, and even his shotage of common sense and slightly below average interpersonal skills may make him more marketable as a modern superhero.
I want to know how to try out for a second season, if there is one, as I have an idea I want to pitch and see if I could handle it.
