relax dear !! No one will use Nukes or even think about it.
They have become just " TOYS ON THE SHELF " now, because most countries in the world have them, and those countries all agree that upon using these "TOYS", it will be the end of humanity...!!!!

Which North Korea? The part that Kim Jong Il's successor controls, or the part that the military has grabbed?
Of course, that hasn't happened. The NK regime seems stable enough, to my limited knowledge. It's not falling apart... right now... but that's when their nukes would be likeliest to be used, in the confusion of some regime change. IMHO.

Iran is the one that is interested in committing to a nuclear war. North Korea is a bunch of neo-political hacks lead by nutball professor "Kim Dum Duck" that will eventually be overthrown.
