The GPA was quite bad.. probably around 2.2 or so. Bad, I know. I was overly involved in extracurriculars and didn't take college seriously. Now, I have work experience and want to have more formal training in my field.

I'm looking for a masters degree in psychology, international relations, or organizational management. Online courses or 'independent study' would be ideal. Any suggestions?

Are there any that would actually be useful, career-wise? What about legit. programs that offer financial aide of some sort? I don't really want to spend $30,000+ on a Kaplan Univ. master's degree.
