actually, you could say those are OUR familly members over there, i have 2 uncles and 3 cousins oversea's, 4 of wich are in iraq. i'm just glad their not all dead thanks to your beloved president.

i have insulted the united states, in the process of insulting bush i have called the american people fool and idiots many times, that however is not to be taken litterally, i realise they are not all fools and many, like coragryph, are actually quite inteligent.

i have given you plenty of proof, but many dismiss them as liberal propaganda, 3 out of 7of these sites are base in the uk.

my facts are not made up, cause you can't make up proof....

ex: photos

and bush admited to many of these crimes too.

i'm glad to hear your not a bush supporter.
but please explain why you think he is not a war criminal.

p.s. it was nice to get a decent responce from you, thnx.

Can't. Federal law (18 USC 2441) defines violation of Common Article 3 of the Geneva Conventions as war crimes.

The US Supreme Court has determined Bush has violated of Common Article 3 of the Geneva Conventions. Bush has also admitted to those actions.

Therefore, Bush is guilty of war crimes under federal law. End of story.

{EDIT}

It's really amusing the people who just blindly assert he's not a criminal, without any logic or reason to support their claims. Almost as sad as the "patriotic duty" rant below, which doesn't even bother trying to address the legal question asked.

All should beware of the direction this country is headed in. This country is now being run like a dictatorship without the checks and balances stated in the Constitution. Mr Bush once said this, "If this were a dictatorship, then that would make things a lot easier." Had Bill Clinton said that we all know what would have happened. Its really funny now that we dont hear that much about the detention centers and war time prisons that have done many atrocities in the past.

how about this.. I'm actually going to be nice and explain to you the problem we as American's have with you.

First of all, I'm not necessarily what you would call a Bush Supporter. He is however our President and that deserves a certain amount of respect.

2nd the war you are speaking of, that is OUR family members you are criticizing. Do you understand that? Thats MY husband, over there with those Canadian Soldiers youspeak so highly of.

3rd You aren't just saying you dont' agree and stating facts. You are Blatently insulting our country. No American should ever stand by and let someone offend their country.

4th the majority of your "facts" are actually made up, and you know it.

5th give us all some REAL proof that he is a war criminal. He actually has done nothing illegal, and nothing impeachable.
I along with a lot of other Americans are tired of being put down because somebody who doesnt' know anything about America, or what it stands for is trying to start a civil war. We as Americans are smarter than that.
Now if you want to respond fine, but do us all a favor, and do it respectfully, with proven facts. If you can do that THEN and only then will you earn our respect.

His low approval-rating is in indicative of how much the American people like "him" ... he is a criminal. And he should be treated as one.

Maybe they could lock him up in Guantanamo for endless amounts of time before officially charging him? Would that be something you Republicans would be interested in or alright with?

The first answer, quoting US Code, is a pretty clear argument that the President is a war criminal. I understand that people might have a problem with this, because they like the President, but that doesn't change the legal nature of his actions.
