They say in the package at least most of the tests that the best time to take a pregnancy test is with the first morning pee because that when your body produces the strongest level of hormone that will tell you if you are pg or not

READ THE BOX.
Usually you take it first thing in the morning after you have missed your period.
You can take it any time of day you want, but the HCG hormone that it looks for is usually the most concentrated in your first pee of the morning, so that gives the most accurate results.

Once you 've missed a period , wait a few days maybe five to eight days and then try taking the test.
