Do u think this is fair enough ?. There is no discrimination now ,still resevation prevails , why??? This is blocking the opportunities 4 those who have talent n those who dont , are merrily enjoying great education in good colleges. Can this injustice end somewhere??? what do u think??

India is a secular state in name only. The upper castes still have firm control, for the most part. I don't really support reservation, but let's keep the facts straight.
Caste should not even exist, much less be important. But a problem cannot be solved when people believe the problem doesn't exist. One injustice can end only when the other ends.
Sorry if I upset anyone, but, come on, let's at least tell ourselves the truth.

We all know it is not good. But we can't do anything becoz it's the Law. At the time of independence - 1947, education was allowed mostly according to the cast. So all most all people of forward cast were higly educated & backward cast people low education/no education. Inorder to make a balance for this law implemented reservation for backward cast with the condition that it must change after 50 Yrs. But nothing happend after 50 Yrs, & the balance of education b/w foward & BW cast reversed now. Now nobody can do nothing for regaining the balance

this agenda of some politician that admissions should be based on caste and not on merit is only for their vote bank and for our country, success as maximum population who go for voting belongs to these reserved caste categories and not from the general category. i think if each and every citizen above 18 would participate in the voting system than only can this problem could be solved

This is just for vote bank.
Think positively we can give reservations to handicapped then why don't to these mentally handicapped(OBC) and mentally retarded(SC/ST)
Only think ask them to register and give IDs to be displayed all time to all .
The reservation percentage should be decided on no of people registering.
I am sure no one will register.

like we provide protection to some endagered plants ,trees etc. in nature so that they can withstand competition with other flora,similar to it is our society . whether secular or not it does not matters,as it is the duty of mother to nourish her all children eqally ,a country is responsible to all its citizen & therefore it is nesseceray to take all the castes of the society together.some castes which have lag behind due known or unknown reasons must be provided with some sort of benefits & providing the young siblings of such caste reservation in admission is a good thought but it should be implemented to school education & to higher education.
