I want to get it, but parents are strick as hell!

Wait until you're old enough. They don't want you to have one so if they see you with it they'll make you remove it.

I got my tongue pierced when I was 16 and my brother went with me. I didn't have any trouble........ they just saw I was with an older person and gave me the piercing. My parents didn't mind me getting it though. So I suggest that you wait unless you want trouble.

nope, because the places where you get your body parts pierced, they most likely require your parent present or if your parent's not there, then you'll need a written letter with your parent's signature in order to get your belly button pierced.

So, you can't have someone older than you bring you to a piercing store.

I suggest listening to your parents until you have a place of your own.
Imagine what would happen if they found out you got it and when they found out a stranger helped you get it.

no they'll ask for id and if the names/addresses dont match then its not happening-hopefully
