Dont talk about peoples moms, you might end up dead...and if you ARE talking about MY mom, I need to know where you live, because nobody talks about my mom!!!!!!!!

If someone has a body odor, if thats what your talking about. You could be diplomatic and ask if she has been unwell and is she taking medicine that causes an unusual smell. or just ignore, because you dont want to offend.
