how do you get puffy paint out of clothes?

Assuming that the clothes haven't already gone through the dryer, try using some Windex (or other ammonia based window cleaner). Or turpentine... test a small area first though.

Place Ice on the paint, in a few minutes, it should come up, if you haven't set it in the washing machine.

first u grab a paper towel put some bowel movemnts into the paper towel than rubb it on ur face......oops! I mean ur clothes
