I am trying to have my first child. I am very carefull about what i eat now a days. Could anybody give me suggestion that if I dirnk Ensure Chocolate, would it have any side effect to myself and baby?

ensure makes these awesome drinks and bars called "healthy mom" you can find them in the baby aisle theyre supposed to be a compliment to your prenatals ive tried them theyre pretty good!! sometimes you can find them on sale or coupons for it too its kind of expensive

Here's what my Dr. told me. Live your life like you normally would. Stay away from alcohol, but half a glass of wine is perfectly fine once a week. Try to limit yourself to one or two caffeinated beverages per day and get plenty of fluids. Why on earth would you be cautious about taking Ensure?
Take your prenatals, and take the Expecta DHA supplement that Enfamil came out with. It helps with the development of the growing fetus.

2) You say you are pregnant, then you say you are trying to have your first child.
3) Why would you want to drink Ensure? A well balanced diet is good for anyone, pregnant or not.
