Had any bad experiences? How would you rate their service?

Yes, when I first signed up for a trial period I was getting movies very quickly and then when my regular service started it was really s-s-s-l-l-l-o-o-o-w-w-w but lo and behold there was a class action suit against them and service seems better now. If you have a problem contact the Attorney General in your home state.

I like the convenience of renting movies from them on line.So I rate it a 4. There have been a couple times I sent movies back and they never received them. They have been good about sending another to replace the empty slot. I'm on the 3 at a time plan, and usually get 5-6 movies a week. Actually this past week they have been kinda slow about sending movies, but that happens not very often. I only got 4 this week. They don't mail movies on Sat, so I don't receive any on Monday. If I'm home when the mail runs Tues morn, I can watch the movie, and send it back in the mail at the post office that afternoon. Netflix will receive it Wednesday, send me another movie off my list that same day, and receive it in the mail on Thursday. That way I can watch my movie and send it back the same day to get my next movie quicker.

Netflix has had a class action lawsuit brought against it, which they are now settling. This is due to a practice called throtling whereby they place frequent users on a "black list", giving them secondary service.

In my experience the main problem with Netflix was their very strict policies upon termination of your account. If the outstanding movies don't arrive quicker than mail usually carries them, then you are charged giant fees.

They really aren't horrible tho, but I prefer Blockbuster's online service myself.

Great service. Every once in a blue moon (maybe 3 times in 4 years) a movie I mail back won't get there. But they're really good about accepting "Movie lost in the mail".

Netflix is pretty good. The movies comes 1 business day and they have recent releases. I like it and used them several times.

The only problem we have encountered were a few broken discs, but when reported, they send out a replacement immediately. When we return a disc,we almost always get the next one within 2 days.

There is no phone number! I want to talk to a live person. Other than that, I'm fine. I like em.
