That would be images or video or some other web content that cannot be loaded or is being blocked.
First figure out exactly what the content that is not being displayed is (image, video, flash file, acvite x component, etc)
Then check your security settings on IE or your firewall to see if that content is not being blocked.

Your PC might not have Flash or latest VGA card which wont allow to open particular page or image.

Your computer or browser cannot open or download the picture or item within the page. You need to either update your browser, software, certificates, etc.
