Get on with your life. Move on and do things for yourself and don't rush into another relationship. Pursue your interests that were perhaps put on hold while you courted this "heartless woman."

It's hard to imagine , but there are really good women out there. Be optimistic. This was fate telling you that this wasn't "the one".
If someone is heartless to you, then you deserve better. And remember, Karma is a b itch. Heatless people ALWAYS get what they deserve in the end.

It is hard to give any helpful advice because you didn't add any detail to your question...
But if she is rejecting you, would you really want to pursue her any longer? If so why?
Is she giving you any kind of hope that she wants you to keep it up?
If so, then you should have a heart to heart talk with her and set things straight...
If that doesn't help, make your mind over to move on.
